Update to Hyrax v5.0.4

Hoping bug-fixes will include styling fixes.

The collection ordering spec needed to be updated to explicitly
refresh the page before checking results due to potential
timing issues.

The application.js file was cleaned up to remove obsolete
requires and include proper call naming for the latest
blacklight-gallery release.
