* add APP_PRIMARY_COLOR to env and implement brand, brand-secondary in tailwind.config.js for global color styling
* fix: apply primary color to all changed files with green-500 to brand and green-600 to brand-secondary
* ui: add the primary color customization to stoppane and routemodal
* fix: use dotenv to process the PUBLIC_APP_PRIMARY_COLOR in tailwind.config.js
* updated README.md with Primary color env
