Test/Fix `xcconfig` integration (#68)

* Better error handling, filename in stacktrace.

* Adjust xcconfig code - calling

 * calling `base_configuration_reference` on Project not [XCBuildConfiguration](http://www.rubydoc.info/github/CocoaPods/Xcodeproj/Xcodeproj/Project/Object/XCBuildConfiguration#base_configuration_reference-instance_method)
 * check if the file reference exists, so that it doesn't get multiple entries.

* Reduce unecessary `new_reference` calls

TODO: similar should be done for add_file_reference

* fix tests for repeated new_reference

* fix tests for configuration not configurable getting xcconfig.

* try to pre-empt hound

* Fix for hound.

* Avoid duplicate file references

* change rubocop to rubocop-git, less noisy.

* install_xcconfig changes
