Expose workflow client from Activity (#1783)

* Add new GetClient function to activity package

* return internal.Client so there is no dependnecy on the client package from the activity package

* Plumb existing client instead of creating new one

* Fix up testsuite

* Fix CI checks, plumb GetClient through activity interceptor

* Restore integration test, clarify return type in docstring

* Add local activity test
