DataFrame support for data, sample_annotation, variable_annotation (#166)

1. Pandas DataFrame natively supported for data, plus additions for sample_annotation and variable_annotation.
  - Brings parity to R package with data, smpAnnot, and varAnnot first class parameters
  - Results in an XYZ object for the JSON provided to CanvasXpress JS
  - Removes old CXProfile components that were rarely used, this method is superior
2. Various fixes for map charts, such as graph weight handling.
3. Further refinement of modern Streamlit support.
