fix slow starting of Linux AppImage and likely (untested) of snap
compression maximum compresses AppImage with xz which is a horrible joice for electron apps. According to Electron docs other possible values for the compression variable are "store" and "normal", but normal caused this error during build: `enum value must be one of xz,lzo, got 'normal'` -> unsetting it to use default setting only for Linux build.
