Add support for Markdown Widget in pykechain (#1499)

* Add support for Markdown Widget in pykechain

Implemented the `add_markdown_widget` method, introducing a new Markdown widget type. Updated enums, models, and tests to support and validate the new widget functionality, replacing older HTML widget usage where relevant. Updated the changelog to reflect this enhancement.

* Add issue reference for Markdown Widget support

Linked the Markdown Widget support entry in the changelog to its corresponding issue (#1499) for clarity and traceability. This update ensures better documentation of changes.

* Remove changelog entry for resolved issue #1498

The changelog entry for issue #1498 was removed as it is no longer relevant. The feature or fix described has already been implemented and does not need to remain in the unreleased section.
