(#5402) - Added test for event emitter listeners growing without bound

* Added test for event emitter listeners growing without bound that was there before the PR that contained the fix. https://github.com/pouchdb/pouchdb/issues/5402

* Clean up and use es5 only

* Still need the timeout at the top for the test as the test doesn't seem to properly throw the assertions from the listener functions in a way that blows up the test.  If someone has a better way of doing these please educate.  This is a test for https://github.com/pouchdb/pouchdb/issues/5402

* Cleaner version that skips using chai matchers, and calls done with or without an error which seems more reliable.

* Renamed the file to avoid conflict and confusion with a unit test of the same name.
Hopefully respect the replication cancel, but also put a failsafe timeout to avoid hanging the tests for too long if this approach fails.
