liquid-ironic: add documentation for the node_page_limit option

Also, rename this from `node_detail_page_limit`. The fact that we're
listing via /nodes/detail is an implementation detail (pun not intended).

Also also, do not write into fields of `l` during ScanCapacity.
This is not concurrency-safe.
