Commit Message

Parity of helper files with other projects.

Matching several helper files to the latest styles used in my other
projects.

Travis CI handles deploying to PyPI now.

Tox handles building docs.

PyPI stopped supporting download counters. Removing from README.
Removing redundant docs links in README too.

No need for pretty icons in docs. Keep them in README only.

Pinning dependencies in tox.ini.
