## Goal
Add an Action to facilitate releasing the gem.

## Approach
Following the instructions for the [Release Gem GitHub
Action](https://github.com/rubygems/release-gem?tab=readme-ov-file):

1. Add `gem-release` gem.
2. Add `push.yml`.
3. Add event trigger when [tags are
pushed](https://community.theforeman.org/t/use-github-actions-to-release-gems/24583).
4. Configure a [trusted
publisher](https://rubygems.org/gems/hit_counter/trusted_publishers) on
RubyGems.org.
