Fixed: CORS preflight handling of "simple headers"

Previously, only the Content-Type "simple header" was handled properly in
CORS preflight requests, so requests would fail seemingly arbitrarily. Now,
all of the "simple headers" are handled properly, so requests don't fail
for this reason any more...
