* Adding a module that converts NDT results into aggregate stats

Adding a module that can take a list of NDT result objects and calculate the
aggregate statistics for each NDT metric we care about (e.g. total duration,
s2c throughput).

Meta-note: I'm not entirely happy with the unit tests here because they
assume a particular ordering of calls (implementation detail) and they're not
true unit tests in that they indirectly test the result_metrics module as
well, but I couldn't find a better way of implementing the tests without
introducing a lot more complexity.
