Make package compatible with collective.cover v1.0b1 (#21)

* Fix carousel page template as well for the (u)uid changes in 1.1b1

* Fix Robot testcases:

Make sure the tile icon is found again so it is selectable
Call default content create function from c.cover
Compensate for c.cover Keyword Library Changes
Increase Carousel image to original Image so that the overlay is not obscuring cycle-prev/cycle-next

* Fix python tests looking for populate_with_uid()
Clean up debug code from robotframework-debuglibrary

* Update .coveragerc
