fix: Collision-safe hash prefixes

This is an important security update.
Change the hash prefix magic bytes to control characters that can't
appear in executable documents without causing a parser error
(https://spec.graphql.org/June2018/#sec-Source-Text).
Make the queries `{x(a:"/ab/6bar")}` and `{x(a:"",b:"bar")}`
generate different hashes.
