[REF] test_server: Add limit memory to avoid a wkhtmltopdf locked issue (#125)

Based on https://www.odoo.com/es_ES/forum/ayuda-1/question/webkit-works-with-workers-1-but-doesn-t-work-with-workers-1-using-version-wkhtmltopdf-0-12-1-with-patched-qt-103624
We aren't using multi-worker but the process is showed many times and we had wkhtmltopdf freezing/locking and was fixed with limit memory parameters
