clean up how engines are passed around for recursive load/dump/update. Fixes #36

The primary goal was to allow bloop types to switch load/dump definitions based
on the bloop engine that's binding. It was easy enough to update
engine._load, engine._dump, engine._update to correctly use an engine from
context if provided, which would use the same engine throughout a recursive load.
Before, those functions would always use self._load, etc which stops passing
the engine forward in recursive calls.
