feat(toaster-container.component) explicit markForCheck Added

An explicit markForCheck call was added to toast timeouts to allow the
toast to be properly removed from the DOM, even when the consuming app
is running in ChangeDectionStrategy.OnPush.  This closes
https://github.com/Stabzs/Angular2-Toaster/issues/25

Additional cleanup for the update to RC2.
