No py26, git.py get_root(). Cleanup README.

Dropping py26 support. Don't feel like making my code ugly for it.

Docs for now will probably just be in the README.

Cleaning up AppVeyor from README. This is POSIX only.

Started working on git interface functions. Just get_root() for now.
