Fix breakpoints on ARM (#367)

* Correct the PC after a breakpoint on ARM

* Do not remove TemporaryUntilHit breakpoints when hit

The hit function removes the untilhit flag, which makes the breakpoint
useless and thus it will be removed anyway when calling disable.

* Call hit before calling disable

Hit allows ds2 to correct the PC in the case of ARM, which should be done
before disabling it. Specifically this is useful for  oneshot breakpoints.
