Improve autorequires

* If a parameter value contains another parameter and that parameter is
  managed by Puppet, it is required.
* Parameter values are expanded where possible with any other managed
  parameters and any value matching a file is required. For lookup tables of
  certain types, the resulting file as created by postmap is required instead.
