Implemented `Edgehog.Container.ImageCredentials`

`ImageCredentials` contain a unique name, a username and a password
and are indexed trough a uuid `id`. The `Edgehog.Containers` domain
exposes the `get`, `list`, `create` and `delete` operations for the
resource. Queries and mutations are tested.

Closes #606
