trivial: Generate the PNG icons manually

We don't want to use rsvg at build time downstream, as some of the fwupd
scalable text gets lost on 64 pixels. The font also looks wrong unless you have
Petyka Retro installed.

Use a simplied icon for the non-scalable versions.
