Material2 alpha.5 and tabs (#259)

* feat(material2): update to alpha 5-2

 - install typings for hammerjs which is required for gesture support in material2
 - run ng format over site app
 - fix up some visual style glitches with highlighted code and scroll bars

* feat(tabs): deprecate tabs in favor of material2 and update examples

 - remove tabs component and tests
 - update example site tabs to use material2
 - update example source viewer to use md-tab-group
 - add material2 boilerplate to tabs example page
 - stop using deprecated DynamicComponentLoader in example component. Use ComponentResolver and ViewContainerRef instead.

 BREAKING CHANGE:

 `<md-tabs>` component has been removed. To use tabs, install the material2 tab component: `npm install --save @angular2-material/tabs` then check out the examples on the site for usage reference.

* test(ink): add spec to cover the loss from removing tabs spec
