Issue 39, allow users to switch channels (#40)

* started main_menu code, list channel

* moved docopt_cmd to it's own file

* added channels <command> template

* lists channels assigns indices

* added caching for channels, so you don't have to requests channels every time

* can switch into a ch, cannot switch out

* can now leave channels without exiting

* renamed join to enter

* removed test channel hardcode

* added a channels list check for the enter command

* renamed logger to use class name

* started test_main_menu

* initial transition to writing to self.stdout instead of print

* utilized cmd.Cmd stdout attribute for testing

* added channels names cache
