Add tests for staking-relevant transaction finding (#1965)

Adds the relevant tests and fixes an associated bug found for deposit, exit and withdrawal staking transactions:

- Get event ABI items from Kiln ABI.
- Add tests for `KilnNativeStakingHelper['findDepositTransaction' | 'findValidatorsExitTransaction' | 'findWithdrawTransaction'].
- Fix bug found by tests - not supporting `unknown` chains.
