This makes usage of ContextBaggage:

    transporttest.NewContextMatcher(t,
        transporttest.ContextBaggage{"foo": "bar"})

Instead of

    transporttest.NewContextMatcher(t,
        transporttest.ContextBaggage(transport.Headers{"foo": "bar"}))
