Set FB ENV variables with `travis encrypt`

ENV were previously set through the Travis UI. However, I'd rather
have them encrypted in the repo, to make it clear that they are needed
by Travis to run the tests.

This is particularly important because at the moment Travis does not
let PRs from forks access ENV, see https://github.com/travis-ci/travis-ci/issues/1946

The comment in `.travis.yml` makes this explicit.
