IGVF-1897 Image list and object pages (#612)

* Add a new custom list-item component for the Image type. Allow the `SearchListItemQuality` component to optionally take a string status in lieu of a database object. The session context now has the `dataProviderUrl`.
* Add an image object page. Update the attachment thumbnail to let transparent PNGs appear better in dark mode.
* Add icon for the Image line of the schema index page.
* Fix up variable names and existence checks for image properties. Change styling of the preview image so limit the white background and border to the scaled image. This doesn’t work in Safari, and I’ll leave it this way.
* Revert the change to `SearchListItemQuality`. Just pass it the accessory-data image object.
* Add Jest tests for the image list-view renderer.
* Fix comments.
