Add KilnApi caching (#1897)

- Changes the way `KilnApi` interacts with the network by changing `INetworkService` to `CacheFirstDataSource`, and therefore adding caching.
- Adds `CacheDirs` for all the `KilnApi` endpoints to `CacheRouter`.
