Added a working docker configuration.
- dev.yml for development
- docker-compose.yml for prodution (not tested)
- compose/*  file that contain Dockerfile configurations and other files.
- Updated readme.md file with some Docker info, and a reference to the docs.
- Added detailed documentation in docs/docker.md
