Adjusts `buildLenientPageSchema` to set the `count` as the valid results array `length` as per https://github.com/safe-global/safe-client-gateway/pull/1871#discussion_r1740480002:

- Set `count` as length of valid `Page['results']`
- Add/update tests accordingly
