Better handle Twitter retweets.

Before, we didn't save retweeted tweets as separate Tweets. Which
made displaying them as self-contained tweets impossible.

Now, like quoted tweets, we save them separately, and can display
them better.

But this also means we need to allow for Photos etc to be 'owned'
by more than one Tweet. If tweet 1 retweets tweet 2, which includes
a Photo, then that photo should be related to both tweets. Which
the API does, if you request info about tweet 1 - that includes
the Photo data within tweet 1 and within the included structure
about tweet 2.

So that's all a bit more complicated than expected, but seems to work.

I've also removed the `is_private` flag on Media items, as it now
becomes much more complicated and probably isn't going to be
needed. Famous last words.
