IGVF-1656 Rewrite report cell renderer for properties not in schema (#597)

* Add a function to get the value of a property even if it spans multiple array elements.
* Replace older `getUnknownProperty()` function with the new function more or less borrowed from encodeD. Update Jest tests for the new function. Update `<UnspecifiedProperty>` to accept an array of strings instead of any possible type. Detect arrays of URLs and paths.
* Update the Jest tests for the new functionality.
