This change introduces a PlanNextMapEx() API func, which takes a more
open-ended PlanNextMapOptions struct for optional parameters.  This
means we can introduce future, backwards-compatible options to
PlanNextMapOptions without affecting application code.

The previous (now deprecated) PlanNextMap() API func now just invokes
PlanNextMapEx() underneath the hood.
