more docker improvements

- create separate production docker-compose config, dev profile next
- add build arg "reqfile" for django pip requirements
- remove /code volume, instead mount the entire source directory into
  /code in docker compose
- added dedicated logs volume, should propagate to the other containers
  as well
- IMPORTANT, needs documentation: we must create the various /miracle
  directories and chown them so that when we mount the shared data
  volumes they will inherit the correct permissions
