Include address in `TransactionFinder` (#1833)

This updates `TransactionDataFinder` to `TransactionFinder`, returning both the `to` and `data` of transactions, if either "normal" or batched in `multiSend` calls:

- Return the `to` address of "found" transactions in `TransactionDataFinder`
- Rename `TransactionDataFinder` to `TransactionFinder` and propagate
- Update tests accordingly.
