Tweak initial bc manual (#177)

* Update synopsis to reflect the supported options are -bdly
* Interactive bc does not require "-" so remove it from synopsis
* Use "file..." in synopsis to indicate bc can be given multiple input files
* s/souped-up/standard/ to hint that the language is covered by POSIX
* Delete text about ctrl-z which is platform dependent (on my system ctrl-z suspends bc)
* Typo: in->is
