ssntp: test: Use ServeSyncThread()

Instead of starting the servers from a separate
go routine and randomly wait for 500ms, hoping for
servers to be ready.

Besides the fact that it's cleaner, it also significantly
shortens the ssntp unit tests time.

Fixes #183
