Return back Name-based GUID for bluetooth devices

Since Alias could be changed by end-user we can't rely to Alias-based
GUID, so have to use Name-based one. In the same time alias is still
needed to show proper name for the device, also Alias-based GUID is
useful for developent purposes:
  Name: QCC5171 SomeAlias
  Guid: 2216161a-9f4e-59f4-ba05-b202e0c28e16 <- BLUETOOTH\NAME_QCC5171 ?
  Guid[quirk]: 794a101b-800d-5b6a-81d4-e6df2891ec83 <- BLUETOOTH\ALIAS_QCC5171 SomeAlias
