Commit Message

Update dependencies, fix importing issues in Python >= 3.12

Also includes:

- Don't lint with pycln - not updated recently and some of the
  dependencies break installation in python 3.12
- Add more configuration towards linting with ruff.
- Use poetry-up to update all the dependencies of the project
- Use different version of gkeepapi for py 3.12 to avoid this issue:
  `https://stackoverflow.com/questions/7446187/no-module-named-pkg-resources`
