Bugfix/issue 38 (#40)

* merging parsing feature

* removed the find method as we are not ready for the query as yet

* added in some minor code review corrections

* fixed up some of the inconsistencies.

* added in a bug fix for running the get_or_create_vertex with only a label

* moved all the parser features and steps directly into the test_behave because of parsing issue using multiple paths

* added in the cypher features and steps into the test_behave dir, and created a graph feature and step file for testing the load issues

* updated the tox.ini behave section to use the test_behave path

* added in the missing doco on all the step functions

* still working on the comma issue that Andre picked up - not ready

* Added in a new quoted expression that handles commas and all the rest of the good stuff

* typo fix
