Simplify the XUnitTestFramework implementations

Previous implementation states this:
> For netfx the assembly is not in AppDomain by default, so we can't just scan AppDomain.CurrentDomain

I was not able to reproduce this behaviour. I tested in Visual Studio, Rider and through `dotnet test`, targeting `net47` and downgrading `xunit.runner.visualstudio` to version 2.0.0 but could not get `XUnit2.Specs` to fail with the new (late bound) implementation.
