fMP metric complies with the spec. layout significance & webfont-aware

* fMP metric is now web-font aware. We use the new approximateBlankCharacterCount signal to reject layouts that have > 200 blank text characters
* Reports all detailed paints in the extendedInfo, available in JSON output
* Includes fix from mgerakis:
  * Prevent mainFrameID from being accidentally reassigned if multiple 'TracingStartedInPage' events occur.
  * Handle existence of multiple frames in the trace (#354)
