Commit Message

Fix how keystrokes are sent to tmux. It wants code points, not raw bytes. This requires plumbing strings throughout the text-sending code. I also fixed a bunch of bugs where things were broadcast that shouldn't have been and added a TODO to fix broken UTF-8 mouse reporting. Some dead code removed.
