web-flowfeat: Add description to helm values (#1011) The `values.template` is updated to render a `values.yaml` containing the needed descriptions, and has to be updated for new fields if needed. This is needed in order to properly render the `helm.rst` in Network-Operator-docs. **Note** All new fields will be in `General Parameters` section by default.
