modules/cron: log decoded status for failed tasks

Replace raw status, e.g. "status=0x0100" when logging failed cron
tasks with a decoded string, e.g. "Exit 1" or "Segmentation Fault"

The internal cron task state is now updated with this information,
so that `cron_task_state` returns the decoded string if a task
has exited.
