Separate tests for various shells into groups

Make a separate target called `unixtest` that can run on non-Debian
systems such as Mac OS X, CentOS, etc. These tests don't depend on dash
and posh.

The tests for dash and posh are now in a target called 'posixtest'.

The behaviour of `alltest` remain unchanged because it now depends on
`unixtest` and `posixtest`.
