Allow matching from a known graph index

This makes the graph matching more versatile. It can either find all
matching patterns, or it can look from a specific pre-evaluated index in
the graph.

This is going to be useful for me as I'll look for verbs, then do
specific queries against those verbs based on prepared queries selected
based on the verb's frames.

None can still be passed, in this case the previous behavior holds:
matches can come from any matching root.
