package_managers: gomod: Add a debug log on Go version matching regex

We didn't previously log successful matches which led to a nasty bug
where we fell back to an older Go version despite the go.mod file being
correctly written (included commentaries). Add debug logging of
successful version regex matching including the exact go.mod line with
its contents the re engine matched it on.
